Phone Sales & Dispatch Representative (Garage Door Company)

We are hiring a Phone Sales & Dispatch Representative to manage incoming calls, book jobs, and dispatch technicians for our Garage Door service company. This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Sell and book garage door services through Housecall Pro
• Dispatch technicians and manage schedules efficiently
• Provide pricing, service information, and availability to customers
• Handle emergency service requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and update work orders
• Upsell services when appropriate
• Follow scripts and meet daily call & booking targets

Requirements

• Strong English communication (clear and confident)
• Experience in sales, dispatching, or customer support
• Knowledge of Housecall Pro is a strong advantage
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Stable internet and quiet workspace
