---Job Description

As a
PPC Specialist
, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns, from account setup and tracking implementation to ongoing optimization and performance scaling.

You will work closely with strategy, creative, and technical teams to drive measurable growth across multiple acquisition channels.

---Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize
    Google Ads campaigns
    (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Manage and optimize
    Meta Ads
    (Facebook & Instagram) and
    TikTok Ads
  • Build scalable campaign structures and audience strategies
  • Set up and maintain
    conversion tracking
    using
    Google Tag Manager
  • Implement
    cookie banners
    and basic consent management solutions
  • Optimize
    PPC landing pages
    to improve conversion rate and lead quality
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Run A/B tests and continuous optimization initiatives
  • Ensure tracking accuracy and data consistency across platforms

  • Proven experience as a
    PPC Specialist
    ,
    Paid Media Manager
    , or
    Performance Marketing Specialist
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Experience with
    Google Tag Manager
    and conversion tracking setup
  • Knowledge of
    landing page optimization (CRO)
    for paid traffic
  • Familiarity with

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple ad accounts independently
