Process Engineering Vacancies – JAPAN

Looking for 2 Process Engineers to start immediately and 6 Process Engineers to start in Jan in Japan on extendable 3 month contracts working on Chemical Plant project.

Experience in Chemical plant and especially SYNGAS would be desired and at least 3 years Process Engineering experience and upwards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work as a member of technical team to provide process engineering support for design and operations.

Participate in PreFEED/Feasibility Study, FEED, EPC and SAT studies

Perform process modelling using AVEVA PRO/II Simulation ,

Heat Exchanger calculation : HTRI Xchanger Suite ver. 9.1 and Steam Balance simulation : Petro-SIM ver.7.3

Perform equipment sizing calculations (Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks etc.)

Perform design and operations engineering calculation using in-house technical computing tools and design tools for hydraulic calculation, PSV.

Prepare Process Data Sheet, Process Flow Diagram, Utility Flow Diagram, Block Flow Diagram, Design Flow Plan, Marked-up P&ID, Heat&Material Balance, Cause and effect chart.
