We are looking for Producers and Project Managers (Leaders) who will lead service development with business persons and engineers for Rakuten Bank due to business growth.
If you have the experience and ability, we would like to entrust you with more large-scale project management.
Position Details
Producer:
- Organizing diverse requirements from internal departments
- Defining requirements (from a service perspective, business perspective, and system perspective)
- Planning and proposing system development projects
- Involvement in each phase of the system development V-model: requirements analysis, requirements definition, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and release
- Supporting the promotion of system development projects
- Collecting and providing information necessary for management to decide whether investment amounts are appropriate
- Collecting and proposing information necessary to determine the optimal system response, considering the current external environment and the internal environment of the bank
- Managing product backlogs in Scrum development, etc.
Project Manager (Leader):
- Leading small and large development projects, including project planning, system requirements definition and estimation, project management, and release
- Understanding business requirement priorities and delivering high-quality services within limited schedules
- Smooth negotiation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing member workload allocation and schedules
- Appropriate reporting to decision-makers
- Taking leadership of Scrum teams and implementing/operating the Scrum framework
- Collaborating with team members to manage progress and resolve issues towards achieving project goals
- Motivating team members and promoting effective communication
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience engaging in the overall system development life cycle of open systems (3 years or more)
- Management experience of development projects, or similar experience (2 years or more)
- Excellent negotiation/communication skills
- Excellent Japanese skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Aggressiveness and sense of initiative
Desired Qualifications:
- Team leading experience (more than 5 people/including sub-leader)
- Development experience of mission-critical systems
- Java implementation experience
- Practical experience with server/DB/middle wares
- System planning, or/and proposal experience
- Curiosity for new services and technologies, challenging spirit
