:Department Overview
The responsibility of BSS Product Management Department (BSPMD) is system development of Business Support Systems (BSS) for Rakuten Mobile. And making sure of requirements from executive and business team. Collaborating with development team (Vendor, in-house) for system development and operation.

Position Details
- Define/Clarify business requirement
- Clarify system requirement, function requirement, integration requirement, Operational requirement.
- Communication with all stakeholders including other companies/vendors, and development teams.
- Management backlog, operation improvement, production operation.
- Issue handling in production.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager or Experiences of high-level design/RD in vendor.
- Knowledge of IT technical skill protocol, database, coding etc.
- Experience of clarification for business requirement, system requirement.
- Experience of make functional specification document, interface specification document etc.
- Experience of create test cases/scenarios.
- Experience of trouble shooting in production.
- Experience of development in multiple projects in parallel.
- Communication skill.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience of BSS in telecom industry.
- Experience of development/coding/SQL.
- Experience of Billing/Payment/EC Portal/API based integration.
