About The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to join a team responsible for designing the industry's leading Crypto trading system, including Spot, Margin, Perpetuals, Futures, Options, and various risk control models such as simple account, single-currency margin, multi-currency margin, and portfolio margin.
This system supports daily trading volumes of over ten billion USD for both retail and institutional clients.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Design the crypto assets trading products of both spot and derivatives, including order management, margin check, trading risk engine, matching engine, loan (lending/borrowing) and other related modules.
• Collaborate with multiple teams like Legal, Compliance and Local Market to meet regulatory needs to design robust & scalable trading infrastructure for various regulated markets.
• Deep-dive into industry trends and our targeted customers. Conduct competitor research, customer research and industry research to identify the innovations we can to keep our trading system leading the industry in terms of both crypto and TradFi.
• Craft sophisticated data monitoring system, to gain a comprehensive situation awareness system of our trading system and industry trends.
• Provide the short and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the life cycle characteristics of the product, competition environment and resource structure.
• Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, physics or computer science major.
• 5+ years experience in building sophisticated backend systems in either crypto or Traditional Finance industry.
• Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork, communication skills and be able to coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments.
• You possess a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry.
• You are proactive, enthusiastic and sensitive to customers' feedback from a product lens.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients / cross-teams).
