Job Description
Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.
Role Overview
Own and lead the delivery of Wonderful to enterprise customers
Scope and define requirements, success metrics and integration plans for complex POCs and onboardings
Lead platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement to drive successful production launches
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Client teams to align on deliverables, timelines & SLAs
Monitor and analyze AI agents performance in production
Identify and develop new AI use-cases with customers to expand impact and adoption rates.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; or ~4 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startup
Fluent in English, written & spoken and in Spanish
Strong project-management and communication skills
Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and change-management processes
Proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for AI
B.Sc. in Computer Science (or a related technical field)
Engineering background - a big plus.
Experience in a startup in a Hyper-growth stage - a big Plus
