What you will do 職務概要 :Lead the planning, development, and execution of new business initiatives leveraging demand response capabilities within the Japanese energy market. 日本における需給調整力を活用した新規事業の企画・立案及び実行Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial concept to implementation, including customer negotiations and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. 案件の組成から実行に至るまでのプロジェクトの推進・管理（顧客との協議や関係者とのパートナーシップ構築などを含む）Facilitate internal approval processes by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. 社内関係者との協議による各種承認の取得のサポートCollaborate with global product teams to support the development and integration of new features into the companys Virtual Power Plant (VPP) platform. 当社VPPプラットフォームへの新機能追加に向け、グローバルプロダクトチームと連携し開発のサポートSupport market entry activities across various electricity markets, including technical and commercial discussions with customers, testing with transmission and distribution operators, and cross-functional coordination within the organization. 各電力市場への参入に向けた業務のサポート（顧客との技術的・商業的な協議、送配電事業者とのテスト、社内関係者との連携などを含む）Who you are 応募資格：Requirements (MUST) 必須:

Proven experience in project execution プロジェクトの履行経験のある方 Japanese: Native level proficiency 日本語：ネイティブレベル English: Business level proficiency 英語：ビジネスレベル Preferred Qualifications (WANT) 歓迎:
Experience in business development 事業開発の経験 Experience in energy-related operations エネルギー関連業務の経験 Knowledge of aggregation businesses or battery storage projects アグリゲーション事業や蓄電池事業に関する知識 Degree in engineering 工学系の学位
