Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong technical foundations in Cisco networking , virtualisation , Windows environments , and data center technologies . You\'ll own end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects, acting as the central coordinator between engineering teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead full project lifecycles—define scope, set timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
- Technical Delivery Oversight:
- Cisco networking: Catalyst, Meraki, Nexus, ASA/Firepower, ISE, SD-WAN
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
- Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, GPO
- Data Center: Cisco UCS, HCI platforms, Disaster Recovery & BCP
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure alignment with IT governance, security policies, documentation standards, and KPI tracking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Cisco network technologies and architectures
- Virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Windows Server ecosystem (AD, DNS, GPOs, etc.)
- Data center operations and technologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organised with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
- PMP or PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundations
- VMware VCP, Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE)
