About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project / Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise‑level initiatives within a fast‑paced retail and supply chain environment. This role requires a strong balance of technical project leadership and business‑facing communication, as you will serve as the primary liaison between functional leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage project teams, setting goals, objectives, and priorities, then conducting frequent team update sessions to review status and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, project team, business project lead, vendors and other key clients.
  • Act as a liaison between functional leaders and technical teams to critically evaluate needs and identify potential solutions, and be the single point of contact for all communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including representing, negotiating and working closely to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues.
  • Provide assessment of IT project management needs (as requested), delivering results to IT stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Facilitate definition of the project scope and detailed project plans.
  • Independently drive and monitor project milestones and critical dates to identify potential risks in the project schedule.
  • Assess variances from the project plan, gather metrics, and develop / implement changes as needed to ensure the project remains within scope, on schedule, and under budget.
  • Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise IT project/program management experience in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain, including large‑scale Agile implementations.
  • Experience with Agile.
  • Excellent delivery track record in managing stakeholders, scope, schedule and budget.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with key business stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Excellent relationship and team‑building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and quality.
  • Digital transformation experience is a plus.
