Project Management EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Construction Project Managers for upcoming commercial and residential projects anticipated to commence in 2026.

These roles are ideal for professionals with a proven track record managing residential or commercial projects. Opportunities will involve full lifecycle project delivery, from early planning and procurement through to practical completion, with strong emphasis on programme certainty, cost management, and stakeholder engagement.

Likely responsibilities may include:

Leading commercial or residential construction projects from inception through to completion.

Managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and key suppliers.

Ensuring delivery against programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Managing risk, contract variations, and compliance obligations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders.

Implementing best practice construction methodologies and project governance.

Indicative background:

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on medium to large-scale commercial or residential projects.

Strong leadership capability in managing multi-disciplinary teams within live construction environments.

Solid understanding of contract management, cost control, and construction regulations.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
