Who we are looking for 3+ years of experience working as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager. Knowledge of Agile methodologies High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations Ability to meet tight deadlines and high quality standards Negotiation skills Presentation skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Ukrainian Will be a plus: Completed degree in economics, finance, business, information technology, or applied mathematics Estimation skills Understanding of the fundamental principles, financial and management accounting, information technologies Software architecture skills Development Team leading expertise Requirements analysis and design development experience Your future role Assist senior manager and be responsible over time for: Manage and lead all aspects of software development cycle, including project requirements and scope identification, planning, design, execution, etc.; Team size: 2+ developers Identify, assess, track and advocate the business needs, milestones, goals, with adherence to timeframes, costs, and compliance with the highest industry standards and principles Develop project strategy, negotiate and manage effective decisions to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the product to satisfy the needs and commitments of our clients Manage cross-functional communication across the teams for status updates, prioritization, changes-, risks- and issue management Establish and manage collaboration channels between the project team, executive team, business function leaders, stakeholders, and representatives of the client Anticipate, track and address needs, interest, requests or inquiries from the stakeholders and the client and provide transparent, regular and precise updates and progress reports Ensure the quality of processes to meet high-quality standards and clients’ expectations Participate in creating of Product Vision Support of the Product documentation Develop and support effective relationships and ongoing management processes, organize an effective communication between the client and the team Manage risks, identify problems before they appear and work to develop solutions, escalate and resolve issues Report project status and progress on a regular basis What we offer Competitive salaryInsurance coverage Excellent opportunity for professional and personal development Interesting and diversified projects Flexible working time Extensive training in both core competencies and soft skills Friendly and energetic environment #LI-AN2
