Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Merchandiser and promoter job tasks.
WORKING LOCATION : CENTRAL / SOUTHERN / NORTHERN / EAST COAST.
Merchandiser Task (4 Days/Week)
+ Complete visitation schedule.
+ Promotion Display set up.
+ Product replenishment.
+ Daily Out of Stock (OOS) tracking and reporting.
+ Inventory tracking.
+ Share Of Shelf (SOS) tracking.
+ Price checking.
+ Competitor activity tracking.
+ Stock rotation FIFO.
+ Ensue 100% product cleanliness / hygiene.
+ Prompting urgent & critical issues to respective Team Leader.
+ Provide information on coming Stock Takes.
+ Perform audit once every 2-3 months on selected competitors SKUs.
Promoter Task (2 Days/Week on Weekend)
+ Activation Tasks include sampling / survey / demos.
+ Push promo sales and promote new product.
+ Merchandiser's tasks.
+ Sales target day per outlet execution.
+ Sampling target.
+ Conversion (depending on campaign objectives).
+ DAD (data collection via QR code) then usually samples be given out via PD (promoter) or vouchers to be download.\
+ Shoppers feedback on category / brand / format usage.
+ Competitors updates.
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
+ Able to speak fluent Malay and English.
+ Work as promoter or merchandiser before.
+ Friendly & have sales experience will an advantage.
+ Able to start work on July 2022.
Salary Range: RM 1,800- RM 2,960
