Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing properties, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role requires robust industry knowledge to develop strategies, negotiate deals, close transactions, and maintain up-to-date market expertise. Additionally, brokers will engage in property assessments, develop marketing strategies, and collaborate with the internal team to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Expertise in Brokerage, with the ability to handle real estate transactions efficiently
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to support client satisfaction and closing deals
- Ability to stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and local market conditions
- Holds a valid real estate broker's license
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using real estate software and marketing tools is an advantage
