Job Description

  • Responsible person for product quality information (complaints, medicines, medical devices, other devices and consumables)
  • Evaluate quality information (complaints), consider whether countermeasures are necessary, and escalate globally
  • Person in charge of formulating investigation policy for quality information (complaints) and conducting investigations
  • Responsible for issuing customer reports
  • Full implementation of global complaint management system, monitoring of investigation progress, reporting and system improvement
  • Cooperation with Safety Information Department
  • Regular communication with the Global QA Complaint Handling Team
  • Experience in a series of work related to quality information (complaints) for medical devices and pharmaceuticals (including communication with the sales side and global departments in charge)
  • Can understand the functions and mechanisms of any type of product.
  • Hands on experience in physics and chemistry labs.
  • Infer the cause of the complaint, back it up, accumulate evidence, and reach a conclusion.
  • Be able to explain to the global team in English and explain the current situation regarding Japanese quality
  • Minimum 3 years experience in using a global quality management system.
