Howden South Africa Division is looking for an experienced Quality Management Systems Auditor to effectively monitor Quality Management Systems Compliance in all our Howden Power sites and suppliers.
What Will You Do?
Conduct QMS audits at various customer sites to ensure work was done in accordance with client's contract scope of work and Howden standards. Produce audit reports according to procedure.
Maintain the QMS audit dashboard on a daily basis. Generate a QMS audit dashboard/register once every week and send it to the Quality Control Manager.
Improvement and editing of Howden standard procedure as and when required by the Quality Control Manager.
Conduct periodical quality control audits and surveillances on maintenance sites.
Follow up on audit findings and raise NCR's if necessary.
Responsible for service department quality procedures, standard instruction manuals, quality control procedure documents and drawing data base.
Assist the QC Manager in setting up of site objectives for the year.
Assist the QC Manager with quality awareness campaigns.
Assist with the generation of Quality Control Procedures.
Evaluate according to the standards and specifications, potential suppliers for procurement.
Conduct compliance audit on existing suppliers to evaluate externally provided products and services.
Review Howden quality manuals and report to the QC Manager. Assist in retaining Iso 9001 certification.
Assist all customer sites during customer QMS audits.
Conduct vendor specifications on request.
Conduct ISO awareness coaching to all customer maintenance sites.
Your Experience Should Be…
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
Qualified Welder or Mechanical Fitter
Welding Inspector Level 1 certificate
5 years' experience in quality control auditing environment
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certificate
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
Proficient in MS office environment
