Recruitment Consultant
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a growing, specialist recruitment business. This is a 360 role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with both clients and candidates across your market.
You'll be trusted to run your desk with autonomy, build long-term relationships, and deliver a high-quality, consultative service rather than relying on volume-led recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer and placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
- Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through multiple channels
- Managing candidate journeys, including interview prep, feedback, and offer negotiation
- Developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
- Keeping accurate records on the CRM and maintaining compliance with recruitment standards
- Staying informed on market trends and sharing insights with clients and candidates
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years previous recruitment experience, ideally in a specialist or professional market
- Willing to work UK hours 8:30 - 17:30
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A consultative approach with the confidence to challenge when needed
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own workload
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in delivering quality outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
