We have a dedicated delivery team based in South Africa and we are looking to add another consultant to support the creative freelance team.

The Opportunity

We're building a dedicated Delivery function to support our Creative Freelance division. As a Delivery Consultant, you'll focus on finding, engaging and supporting the best creative talent across design, creative, content, motion, copy and production.

You'll work closely with our UK specialist teams to build strong candidate pipelines, maintain a high-quality CRM, and ensure freelancers have a smooth, positive experience with Major Players.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, fast-paced work, and being the operational heartbeat of a recruitment team.

What You'll Be Doing

Candidate Delivery

• Source and engage top freelance talent
• Manage inboxes (24–48 hr turnaround)
• Conduct candidate check in calls, initial screens and registrations
• Write candidate profiles and maintain accurate CRM records
• Present top talent to UK teams for live briefs

Community & Market Support

• Share market updates and skills insights
• Engage freelancers across social channels
• Support community-building initiatives

Operational Excellence

• Update skills, day rates, availability and compliance in CRM
• Track rebooks, extensions and timesheets
• Gather leads, competitor intel and market mapping

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment delivery / resourcing / talent acquisition
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator who enjoys candidate interaction
• Fast, proactive and solutions-led
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and AI tools
• Passion for the creative, digital or marketing industries
