Strategy & Consulting

The Role

• Partner with leading consulting firms, corporates, and PE-backed businesses on senior strategy hires
• Build and own a market within strategy, corporate development, or transformation
• Advise high-performing candidates on career moves that genuinely shape their trajectory
• Deliver end-to-end search assignments, from market mapping through to close
• Develop a personal brand as a trusted advisor in the strategy ecosystem

About You

• Experience in recruitment or a strong background in strategy/consulting with a desire to move into search
• Commercial mindset with a consultative, relationship-led approach
• Credible, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Ambitious, self-directed, and motivated by long-term success rather than quick wins
