RECRUITMENT CONTROLLER KZN
Singamandla is seeking an organized and proactive Recruitment Controller to oversee and streamline our end-to-end talent acquisition processes. This pivotal role involves coordinating with various departments, managing the applicant tracking system , and ensuring all recruitment activities align with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications & Experience required as per bellow
- Manage and facilitate the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial job requisition to onboarding, issuing off ppe and ensuring all steps are followed efficiently and consistently.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation application forms, contracts, background checks are accurately completed
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics time-to-hire, source effectiveness
- Strong organizational, admin and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Computer Literate
- 2 years or more experience in retail recruitment
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
