Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for delivering top talent? We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing international recruitment team and focus on the US market.
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa, aligned to US hours)
Start Date: ASAP, with a 6-month review for permanency
About the Role
You'll be part of a specialist recruitment team operating across the UK, US, and Europe, with expertise in Engineering, Technical Sales, Architecture, and Embedded Engineering.

What You'll Do
- Own recruitment delivery in niche technical verticals
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for US clients
- Source using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and a phone-first approach
- Collaborate with an international team to deliver consistent, high-quality service

- Proven recruitment experience (delivery or 360) in technical/niche markets
- Comfortable working US-aligned hours remotely from South Africa
