As a Recruitment Delivery Specialist , you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle β from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding β while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Youβll play a key role in meeting hiring targets by sourcing high-quality candidates through creative strategies and data-driven delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple live roles (5β10+ concurrently).
Source, engage, and qualify top candidates via Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound prospecting . Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define briefs, expectations, and role requirements.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and recruitment metrics within the ATS/CRM.
Track and report performance metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and placement rates . Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships to ensure consistent pipeline health. Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience , ideally in tech or startup environments. Proven success in high-volume recruitment delivery (managing 5β10+ open roles simultaneously). Advanced sourcing expertise β Linked In Recruiter, Boolean strings, and outbound prospecting . Strong interviewing, screening, and evaluation skills.
Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and data-driven recruitment workflows. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
