<\/div> Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing MEP Design Engineering division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast -paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is motivated by success and financial reward. You will play a key role in sourcing top engineering talent, managing candidate relationships, and supporting the end -to -end recruitment process within a highly consultative market.

<\/div> Key Responsibilities:
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div> Proactively source and engage with candidates, making 50+ outbound calls per day to introduce exciting new career opportunities
<\/div>
<\/div> Headhunt high -calibre candidates within the engineering and construction sector
<\/div>
<\/div> Provide consultative advice to candidates, including salary guidance, market insights, and career advice
<\/div>
<\/div> Network effectively and maximise the use of LinkedIn and other professional platforms
<\/div>
<\/div> Manage and coordinate the interview process, guiding candidates through to successful placement
<\/div>
<\/div> Write and post compelling job adverts for LinkedIn, job boards, and the company website
<\/div>
<\/div> Ensure all candidate and role -related administration is kept accurate and up to date
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/div> Proven background in engineering recruitment or construction recruitment is essential
<\/div>
<\/div> Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
<\/div>
<\/div> Ambitious, self -motivated, and financially driven
<\/div>
<\/div> Ability to work autonomously after training and manage time effectively
<\/div>
<\/div> Strong organisational skills with good note -taking and attention to detail
<\/div>
<\/div> Interest in sustainability, world economics, and market trends within the built environment
<\/div><\/div>
