The Role:

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to focus on generating qualified candidates for niche roles. You'll be responsible for outbound sourcing, cold outreach, and building targeted candidate pipelines across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage qualified candidates for assigned roles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator to identify talent.
• Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.
• Screen candidates and assess suitability for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to deliver high-quality shortlists.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or lead generation.
• Strong track record of generating qualified candidates for specific vacancies.
• Confident cold caller with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
