Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Sales & Target Achievement: Monitor and drive Telco sales performance.
+ Relationship Building: with key business partners.
+ Store Visitation & Compliance: Top performing outlets.
+ Retail Merchandising: Oversee store displays, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
+ Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer performance, enforce penalties, and provide feedback.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Telco Admin, RGM, and retail teams to improve operations.
Work Location & Travel:
+ Regional-based role requiring store visits.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or telecom industry.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and compliance management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.
