We are looking for a professional recruiter to conduct first interviews and screening calls for our receptionist and sales positions.
About the Position
- Remote, part-time/full-time role (flexible hours, EST preferred)
- Hired as an independent contractor
- You will invoice monthly for hours worked
Responsibilities
- Conduct first interviews with candidates for receptionist and sales roles
- Screen applicants for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain detailed notes in our CRM after each interview
- Coordinate next steps with hiring managers
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (American accent a plus)
- Professional, friendly, and calm demeanor on calls
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
