Reservation Agent
Job Description
To support the continuous growth of the company in Tunisia, we are looking for a Reservations Agent for our office in Djerba.
As a reservation Agent you will give support in accommodation and other services that the client has contracted. You should be able to solve problems ensuring the satisfaction of clients and Tour Operators.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage bookings, notifications and requests.
- Stop sales and control limited quotas
- Follow up of the daily bookings, production, etc.
- Telephone and email assistance.
- High English level, other languages will be a plus.
- Specific studies in Tourism will be a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position.
- Advance level of Microsoft Office
