Base Pay Range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

One of our clients is looking for a Restructuring and Insolvency Manager based in Perth. As an integral part of leading the team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on business development, owning assignments and helping clients move forward in their life and work.

About the Role

In this position, you will supervise, execute, and complete client engagements with responsibility for conducting accounting and financial analysis, assisting clients through corporate distress, voluntary liquidations, restructurings and administrations. The role suits someone who is confident in specialist insolvency processes, has excellent client engagement skills and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a supportive environment fostering integrity, creativity, achievement, respect, and empathy.
  • Manage day‑to‑day issues on formal insolvency engagements, including trade‑on management, receipts and payments, and assist in stakeholder communication both written and verbal.
  • Assist in non‑formal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments.
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and other written correspondence.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for formal insolvency matters.
  • Be a supportive key team member on all engagements.
  • Be a key member involved in various business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4‑6 years of professional restructuring/insolvency experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance related field.

Required Skills

  • An interest in business development and an active network.
  • Driven to deliver high‑quality client service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong financial analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Knowledge of fundamental accounting and business/commercial principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
