Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time) – Multiple Locations

Salary: $2,000 – $2,200 (based on experience)
Commission: Personal sales commission provided

Available Work Locations:
Wisma Atria (Orchard) / Bugis Junction / VivoCity / Jewel Changi Airport / Changi Airport (Transit Area)

Working Hours:

• Average 8 hours per day, based on monthly roster
• Break time not included in the 8 working hours
• Off days: 6 per month (on weekdays)

Additional Information for Changi Airport (Transit Area)

• Early shifts may start at 6am (transport provided from residence to workplace)
• Late shifts may end at 12am–1am (transport provided from workplace to residence)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide helpful service
• Conduct daily retail operations such as restocking, product display, and basic store upkeep
• Support customers with fitting and sizing for products such as footwear and apparel
• Ensure the store environment is clean and well-organized
• Retrieve products from shelves and racks (may require light climbing)
• Maintain good grooming standards and comply with store procedures
• Stand for extended periods during working hours
• Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism at all times
• Reporting Line: Retail Manager

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience (footwear, apparel, or related products preferred)
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Presentable and confident in customer service and selling
• Able to follow workplace guidelines (e.g., limited phone usage during working hours)
