Department Overview

The mission of the Business Planning Department is to centrally manage the formulation, execution, and progress of the Ad & Media Company's business strategy. Furthermore, it serves as the compass for the entire business, including risk management and compliance frameworks. By deeply analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and internal data, the department contributes to enhancing the company's value through building an optimal business portfolio and providing management support that enables each division to achieve maximum performance.

Position Details

Establishment and operation of a system for risk management, compliance, and information security rule adherence within the advertising business division.

Key Responsibilities
Education & Training:
- Planning and creation of educational content (e-learning, training materials, etc.) related to risk, compliance, and information security.
- Creation of recipient lists for e-learning, etc., checking attendance, and promoting participation.

Risk Management:
- Identification of risks in the advertising business, and formulation and execution of risk management plans.
- Information management during incidents, formulation and implementation of recurrence prevention measures, and report creation.
- Crisis management response during disasters, etc.
- Checking advertising-related operations for JICDAQ certification renewal (Brand Safety, Ad Fraud countermeasures).

Compliance:
- Updating and managing the list of compliance business representatives.
- Analysis, formulation, and operation of compliance programs (issues and countermeasures).

Information Security:
- Information security hearings, monitoring of ISMS compliance status, promoting compliance, and report creation.

Information Dissemination:
- Management and updating of the internal business portal site related to risk, compliance, and information security.
- Creation of reports and materials related to the above tasks.

Stakeholders:
- Primary Related Parties: Business divisions such as advertising sales, advertising operations, and media operations.
- Collaborating Departments: Headquarters' risk management, compliance, and security departments.
- Reporting To: Company senior management.

Workflow
We aim to strengthen the continuous risk management system by establishing a cycle of "Education β†’ Monitoring β†’ Evaluation β†’ Improvement β†’ Reporting & Communication."

Example: For ISMS-related risk management
1.Create and provide ISMS-related educational content
2.Monitor ISMS compliance status and gather information
3.Analyze collected information and formulate improvement measures
4.Execute improvement measures and evaluate their effectiveness
5.Summarize results in a report and report to relevant parties
6.Continuously execute the above cycle

Scope of Responsibilities
Upon joining, under the guidance of the department manager, you will acquire the basic skills necessary for the job, such as monitoring, information organization, and material creation based on analysis formats.
In the future, you will be entrusted with more specialized tasks, such as planning and creating educational content, and creating reports for senior management.
Ultimately, we expect you to grow into a professional who can autonomously build and promote the entire cycle from education to reporting and communication for specific themes such as compliance.

English Usage
Due to collaboration with global departments, it may be necessary to create both Japanese and English versions of educational content, etc.

- Assistant Manager: With a background as a former government official, he contribute to strengthening the risk management system by leveraging their high awareness of legal compliance and logical thinking skills.

Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in any of the following areas
- Risk Management
- Compliance
- Information Security
- Internal Control
- Internal Audit
- Project Management
Or other related tasks
