**The Opportunity**



We are looking for an ambitious, well-motivated professional to join our team in **Latvia,** as an Sales Ambassador for Immuno-Assay, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology portfolio and digital solutions. This is a field-based position that requires on-site visits across Latvia (with occasional support to other EU location).



**Primary Objective of the Position**



+ Establish strong brand loyalty, create ongoing value that results in customer renewal and generation of additional business.

+ Serve customers across all aspects of their business excluding instrument repair, including support implementation for new start-ups, own post-sales support and drive overall customer management optimization.

+ Own and execute accounts strategy to expand Abbott business and assist customers with growing their business



**What You’ll Do**



+ Develop strategic growth plan at the territory level and leverage plan on daily basis.

+ Execute account plan tactics to grow existing business.

+ Work with customer to ensure the entire Abbott solution is being utilized as expected.

+ Add solutions, including assays and digital, to help customer achieve strategic priorities and improve efficiencies.

+ Act as Abbott point of contact for clients to handle any issues or support request.

+ Develop relationships with all relevant stakeholders such as Lab Director/Manager etc.

+ Handle and provide solutions on reagent problems, documents customer’s complaints and forwards to 2nd level support. Follows up until resolution of issue.

+ Monitor and provide immediate resolution to customer delivery problems, stock-out situations etc.

+ Regularly inform customers about product changes and updates.

+ Continue to manage post-sales customer support activities.

+ Support renewal of existing business, with the enterprise team.

+ Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems.

+ Travel within the responsible area.



**Required Qualifications**



+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's/Engineering degree in bio-medical/electrical/mechanical/medicaltechnology/biology/pharmacy or commercial is preferred.

+ Preferred experience in Life Science Industry with an emphasis on managing and improving customer relationships.

+ Experience in use of analytical and digital tools, new technologies/digital awareness

+ Ideally a proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.

+ Strong relationship building and Excellent communication skills.

+ Fluent in local language and English
