Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will support Facil Indias sales team with administrative and system-related tasks, including SAP data management, coordination with suppliers and internal teams, invoice follow-up, and preparing certification documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with daily operational tasks, including administration, documentation, and SAP activities
  • Maintain and update SAP data (part numbers, pricing, and master data)
  • Coordinate shipments and manage follow-ups with suppliers
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and certification files
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist with the quotation process

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering graduate)
  • First experience (minimum 1 year) in administration, sales support or purchasing
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Meticulous, accurate and very strong administrative skills
  • Friendly, communicative and customer-focused
  • Team player
  • Good organizational skills
  • Stress-resistant and flexible mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system is a plus
