About the Role:
US Job Finders is seeking a personable, fast-moving Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a rapidly growing medical spa by converting inbound leads into booked consultations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, service-oriented environment and knows how to build trust quickly over the phone or via text.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—educating them on services, answering questions, and helping them confidently schedule their first appointment. This is not cold calling—these are warm leads actively reaching out for more information. The goal is to convert interest into action with speed, warmth, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of inbound leads from web forms, social media, ads, and phone inquiries
Follow up promptly via text, phone call, or email to qualify interest and book appointments
Educate prospective clients about available services, treatments, and promotions
Maintain a deep understanding of the med spa's service offerings and typical client needs
Handle objections, answer frequently asked questions, and overcome hesitations professionally
Manage and update CRM records, including call outcomes, lead status, and appointment confirmations
Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-through
Meet daily and weekly targets for conversion rates and appointment bookings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or high-volume appointment setting
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a warm, confident tone
Experience working in a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Mindbody, Go High Level, or similar)
Comfortable multitasking and working quickly without sacrificing accuracy or client experience
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to work U.S. hours and respond promptly to new lead inquiries
Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused demeanor
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare setting
Familiarity with services such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, facials, or hormone therapy
Experience with booking tools, online scheduling systems, or SMS/texting platforms
Highly proficient in English speaking
