Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This full-time, remote role is ideal for a motivated sales professional experienced in healthcare marketing sales who can excel in both lead generation and closing sales. You will focus on selling website design, search engine optimization (SEO), Facebook, and Google Ads services. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct discovery calls and client needs analysis to understand their goals and challenges.
- Present and sell digital marketing services, including web development, SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to align on client acquisition strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in digital marketing services (website design, SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads) with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing or experience selling to the healthcare industry is required.
- Expertise in lead generation, inside sales, and business development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
