We master industrial flow solutions for demanding applications with leading technology in positive displacement and centrifugal pumps and systems.
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Business Line Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies of the Customer Center LEWA Austria.
You will
Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as repeat sales to existing customers. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations. Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.To succeed, you will need

University or college degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering or similar) At least 3 years experience in technical investment goods (B2B) Experience in process industries is desireableFluency in EnglishReadiness for extensive local business travel (70% of workong time) and occasional European trips (for training, to company headquarts, etc)Good communication skillsSelf-driven and self-motivated personalityIn return, we offer

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Poland Central/North, while being associated with our customer center in Austria (AT).
