Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth within your designated territory. His primary mission is to identify new markets, assess potential customer needs, uncover business opportunities, and develop sustainable, profitable business for CAMECA. He will be expected to achieve targets for sales, order intake, growth, and profitability.

Requirements
Proficiency in international trade and project management.
Experience with local business practices in Taiwan.
Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese; fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset.
Competency in CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems.
Effective problem-solving abilities and customer orientation.
Collaborative team player.
Ability to interpret underlying messages and respond tactfully; skilled in objection handling.
Proficient public speaker.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and appointments, including outside the designated territory.
