In Ihrer Rolle als Sales Representative (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für unsere Kunden und Profi im Vertrieb der Goodyear Produkte. Unter Verwendung unserer modernen Kunden- und Vertriebstools entwickeln Sie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Marktgegebenheiten sowie Kundenbedürfnisse, vertiefen dieses täglich und passen Ihre Strategien entsprechend an.
**Was Sie Tun Werden**
+ Betreuung von Bestandskunden, sowie Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Kunden innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs
+ Beratung der Kunden und Aufbau einer langfristigen, erfolgreichen Geschäftsbeziehung
+ Entwicklung des Vertriebs von Produkten und Dienstleistungen der Goodyear Brands für Kunden
+ Erreichen der Umsatz- und Gewinnziele für alle Goodyear-Marken, Produkte sowie Dienstleistungen im zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen
+ Beratungsbezogene Unterstützung, Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Kunden innerhalb des zugewiesenen Gebietes durch Identifikation, Analyse und schließlich Steigerung des Kundenpotentials
**Was Sie Mitbringen**
+ Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
+ Mehrjährige Verkaufs- und Außendiensterfahrung sowie Erfahrung in Bezug auf technische Produkte und/oder in der Automobilindustrie
+ Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Einsatzbereitschaft und Kundenorientierung
+ Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
+ Gutes Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
+ Führerschein der Klasse B (ehemals Klasse 3)
+ Wohnsitz möglichst zentral im Verkaufsgebiet (Zentral- oder Nordschweiz)
+ Mobilität sowie Bereitschaft zu Übernachtungen und der Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen
