Job Description
Pincho is a Spanish company based in Elche, specialising in the design, manufacture and marketing of beach, garden and camping items. Our products stand out for their innovation, functionality and national manufacture under the 'Made in Spain' seal.
With more than 30 active patents and a consolidated presence in large retail outlets such as Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, Eroski, Alcampo and Decathlon, Pincho continues its international expansion and is looking for competent sales representatives for the Portuguese market.
The main objective is to strengthen our distribution network, open new markets and consolidate the presence of our products in each territory.
Tareas
● Prospect, contact and attract new customers in the assigned area (distributors,
specialised shops, retailers and large stores).
● Manage the entire sales cycle: product presentation, negotiation, closing
and after-sales follow-up.
● Represent Pincho at trade fairs, events and business meetings relevant to the
sector.
● Prepare periodic business reports and convey market information to
management.
● Meet the sales and expansion targets set jointly with the company manager.
● Maintain fluid communication with Pincho's internal team (marketing,
logistics and administration).
Requisitos
● Minimum of 3 years' experience as a representative or salesperson, preferably in
related sectors: beach, garden, home, camping, general merchandise or large-scale distribution.
● Knowledge of the market and active client portfolio in the corresponding area.
● Ability to work independently, results-oriented and with a high level
of organisation.
● Negotiation, communication and sales closing skills.
● Languages: Spanish and the local language of the area (Portuguese for
Portugal).
● Availability to make sales visits and travel within the assigned area.
