Job Description
LIXIL is looking for an experienced STP Application Specialist to join our global IT/Digital organisation. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Source-to-Pay processes within a diverse, international environment.
You will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Process Owners, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that drive operational excellence across the business.
About the Team
You will be part of a global team of approximately ten specialists located across Portugal, Germany, India, Thailand, and the United States. The team operates in a collaborative, multicultural environment and supports a wide range of SAP projects and operational activities. The hiring manager's leadership style is coaching-oriented, supportive, and autonomy-driven, with a preference for regular team interaction and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for both project delivery and operational support within the SAP Source-to-Pay landscape. Your work will include:
- Analysing, designing, and implementing end-to-end SAP processes in collaboration with Solution Architects and Business Process Owners
- Ensuring the stability and performance of operational systems within SAP Source-to-Pay modules
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP MM and related areas
- Leading and contributing to global SAP projects, including design, configuration, and customisation
- Supporting key users through application consulting, training, workshops, and global Go-Live activities
- Working with EDI, SAP-to-SAP connectivity, and integration technologies
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and identifying optimisation opportunities
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience (Bachelor's/Master's preferred)
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP MM, including implementation, customisation, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP processes and integration points across modules
- Experience with Source-to-Pay processes in SAP
- Knowledge of EDI, CIG, and SAP-to-SAP connectivity
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus
- Comfortable working in a diverse, international team
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP OTC, SD, Ariba, or MDG
- SAP certification
- Experience in global or multinational environments
