We are looking for an
Account Manager
who is a "tri-sector" thinker: someone who can master
project execution
, nurture
long-term partnerships

financial oversight

Core Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management & Advocacy

  2. Serve as the
    lead point of contact
    for all matters specific to your accounts.

  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.
  4. Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions that add value to their business.

  5. Strategic Task & Project Oversight

  6. Translate client needs into actionable briefs for our internal production/creative teams.

  7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client objectives.
  8. Monitor daily progress of tasks to ensure quality control and brand consistency.

  9. Budgetary & Financial Responsibility

  10. Manage the P&L
    for each assigned account, ensuring all projects remain profitable.

  11. Track and report on account metrics, including budget burn rates and resource allocation.
  12. Identify opportunities for account growth (up-selling/cross-selling) to meet revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    3+ years in account management, client success, or a related agency role.
  • Financial Literacy:
    Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on account health.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas to executives.
  • Organization:
    High level of attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously.
