+ Participate in developing advanced clinical workflows and collaborate with technical departments for effective system installation;
+ Support the education team in developing training centers and share clinical best practices to optimize customer experience;
+ Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with field service engineers;
+ Plan cases, set priorities for optimal case coverage, and maintain professional customer relationships;
+ Provide feedback to marketing on system utilization and contribute to new product development (NPD) discussions.

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific discipline;
+ Minimum three years of clinical Electrophysiology (EP) experience (EP: study and treatment of heart rhythm disorders);
+ At least two years of independent support of EP mapping procedures;
+ Ability to work in EP Labs and achieve vendor credentialing;
+ Mastery of standard PC tools;
+ Valid driver’s license.

IBHRE (International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners) or equivalent certification, prior experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries, fluency local language and English (other European languages a plus), and enthusiasm for working flexibly in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment. Willingness to travel and a high sense of responsibility are valued.
