Senior Barista

Salary : $2500 - $3000

Work Location: Newton

Working Hours: 9 hours per day based on monthly shift roster (breaks not included)

Off Days: 6 days per month (usually weekdays)

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead by example in delivering top-notch service and beverage quality.
• Mentor and guide junior baristas, ensuring consistency in coffee preparation and service standards.
• Assist the Café Manager in daily operations, workflow management, and staff training.
• Support in quality control, customer feedback handling, and maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee stock usage and provide input for inventory and ordering needs.

Requirements

• Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• At least 2-3 year of barista experience in a café or F&B environment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
