Job Description

Review required documents submitted by the insured to verify compensability of the claim.

Review parts for comparative assessment if repairs to be done at non dealership/Non Casa.

Negotiate claims settlement.

Update correct loss reserves in SC.

Performs proper Tagging of claim cost in SC.

Review final report/recommendation of independent adjusters.

Review/Validate/verify letter to claims officers for approval.

Review OS ClaimsSchedule & assist inspection request.

Assist Recovery unit in monitoring the pull out of Salvage total loss units.

Secure total loss collateral documents.

Follow up lacking documents.

Update client on status of claim .


Your Profile

Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.

Background with Motor Insurance/Automotive is an advantage.

Having a good knowledge about car engine, body parts, and spare parts.

Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skill.
