Your new company
Our client’s parent company has been established for 10 years and has projects in Solar, BESS, Biomass in several Asian countries. In Japan, partnered with a major Japanese trading house they have 1GW of BESS projects under construction/development with more planned.
Senior Construction Manager :
You are responsible for overseeing and managing HV and EHV battery energy storage construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulation, safety and quality standards. In addition, you will coordinate activities across multiple departments, supervise contractors, and liaise with clients and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Who you are
You have an appropriate degree, at least five years experience in renewables, O&G construction or general infrastructure in Japan and a high degree of Japanese language literacy.
Senior Electrical Engineer :
This is a key position responsible for the design, development, implementation, and optimization of BESS projects. This role involves providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and engineering oversight to ensure the successful delivery of BESS solutions that meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
Who you are
You are well experienced in Electrical Engineering in an HV environment plus have an understanding of electrical power systems and grid operations.
