Role:
Reporting directly into one of the directors, this is a chance for an experienced recruiter with the right ambition to work side by side with a 15-year experienced exceptional biller. You will be working on a desk that has a consistent brand in the industry and a mix of sme and larger clients. Your key responsibilities:
- Engage and build long term relationships within the construction space
- Acquire new clients by building personal brand, marketing and Business Development activities.
- Constantly target exceptional talent in your niche market.
- Work closely with your clients while identifying the perfect candidates.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience recruiting in the construction space
- Commercial understanding of the construction landscape
- 2+ years within the recruitment industry
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
