Senior ICT Engineer

Job Responsibilities 1.Project Delivery & Support Responsible for the delivery, testing, and value-added technical service support of lCT projects 2.Project Management Support H3C's project delivery, including early-stage network planning, implementation, and post-deployment operation and maintenance. 3.Technical Support & Training Provide remote and on-site support for clients and partners, including technical troubleshooting and professional training. 4.Customer Relationship Management Engage and maintain relationships with key clients, coordinate resources, and ensure customer service satisfaction with H3C. Job Requirements 1. Familiar with H3C or other mainstream networking products and technologies, including but not limited to: Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, SDN, Servers, Storage, Cloud Computing, etc. 2. Good Japanese & English communication skills. 3.Holding one or more of the following certificates is preferred:H3CIE / HCIE /CCIE 4.Experience in SDN and cloud-network integration projects is a strong advantage.
