In this role, your goals will be: In three months3>
  • Begin to develop relationships with the key day‑to‑day team – client, planning team, local market teams based in SEA markets and key media partners.
  • Be familiar with the campaign processes including media planning, optimization steps, reporting, ways of working and billing.
  • Work and collaborate closely with various internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are managed end to end – i.e., brief, launch and reporting.
  • Get familiar with all biddable and non‑biddable digital channels used on the account, the past performance.
  • Understand account guidelines and nuances and demonstrate effective usage of all platforms & systems that power media planning.
  • Responsible for managing web & app campaign operations, reporting and following up with recommendations.
  • Have confidently taken on more client‑facing responsibilities, involving in weekly WIP meetings and sharing new channels & features.
  • Support the testing of new channels, formats & betas; monitor and track KPIs closely and work with the specialist teams to implement optimizations.
  • Assist the team in research, defining strategy and preparing presentation materials & reports; maintaining timelines & delivering outcomes.
  • Work with the finance teams to ensure finance processes & timelines are adhered.

In 12 months

  • Ensure that client servicing is best in class and results in good feedback from clients during bi‑annual ratings (8+) and possibly result in bonus.
  • Independently be able to analyze reports, provide next steps & insights and work with the team on implementing recommendations to optimize for outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • End to end handling of campaign operations including briefing internal & external teams, ad operations, briefing, checking for correctness, reporting and generating insights.
  • Work and support the manager on strategy development and idea generation for campaigns.
  • Develop media plans, mid‑campaign reports and end‑of‑campaign reports along with rationale, in a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, agency partners and internal teams.
  • Manage and deliver day‑to‑day needs of the accounts such as finance process adherence and ad operations.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years in media planning and performance media with client‑facing experience.
  • Preferable with knowledge on digital tools and social/search media platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint. Comfortable with using Pivot Tables and manipulating dashboards.
  • Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
