<\/p> We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established and growing team. This role is ideal for a proven recruiter with experience across any one of the following sectors : Civil & Structural Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)/Architecture, who thrives in a consultative, relationship -led environment and is confident operating at all levels with clients and candidates.

<\/p> The Role:
<\/div>

<\/p> As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a specialist desk within the built environment sector, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing long -term partnerships with clients.
<\/div>

<\/p>

<\/p> Key Responsibilities
<\/div>

<\/p>
<\/div> Manage end -to -end recruitment processes for permanent and/or contract roles
<\/div>

<\/p> Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
<\/div>

<\/p> Liaise confidently with candidates and clients at all levels, from junior professionals to senior leadership and directors
<\/div>

<\/p> Proactively develop new business while nurturing and expanding existing accounts
<\/div>

<\/p> Source, interview, and assess candidates to ensure high -quality placements
<\/div>

<\/p> Negotiate offers, manage counter -offers, and oversee a smooth onboarding process
<\/div>

<\/p> Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with recruitment standards
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/div> About You:
<\/div>

<\/p>
<\/div> Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within built environment discipline
<\/div>

<\/p> Strong understanding of the technical recruitment market and industry trends
<\/div>

<\/p> Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels
<\/div>

<\/p> Commercially driven with a consultative and solutions -focused mindset
<\/div>

<\/p> Self -motivated, resilient, and performance -oriented
<\/div>

<\/p> Highly organised with strong time -management skills
<\/div>
