About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Researcher / Resourcing Specialist who excels at complex international searches, market mapping, and building pipelines of high-calibre candidates across multiple global regions. This role suits someone who enjoys the depth of research-led recruitment and takes ownership of strategic sourcing delivery.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead proactive talent research and sourcing for international roles (UK, Europe, North America and other regions)
• Build structured talent maps, market insights and long-term pipelines for defined role families
• Run targeted headhunting and Boolean-driven search campaigns
• Engage candidates with confident, professional outreach
• Conduct initial screening conversations and prepare shortlist-ready profiles
• Partner closely with consultants to ensure accurate, high-quality delivery across multiple desks

What We're Looking For

• Currently operating as a mid–senior level researcher/resourcer in an agency environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment for international markets (ideal) or niche SA markets with complex sourcing demands
• Strong capability in Boolean search, headhunting and multi-channel sourcing
• Skilled at working with structured briefs, competing priorities and global time zones
• Excellent English — written, verbal and spoken — for international candidate engagement
• Someone who enjoys research, sourcing, market intelligence and delivery
• A degree is beneficial but not essential for strong technical sourcers

Nice-to-Have

• Experience within professional services, financial services, consulting or technical recruitment
• Exposure to multi-region or global recruitment environments
• Comfort working on highly niche, hard-to-fill roles

Role Details

 Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)  Experience: Mid–senior level researcher/resourcer (agency background required)

 Salary: On average, our clients offer between R20,000 and R35,000 per month for senior research-focused roles. Final packages may vary slightly depending on the specific client and niche.  Commission: Incentivised, GBP-linked structure

 Language: Fluent English (verbal, written and spoken)
