Key Responsibilities
1/ SALES AND PERFORMANCE
To convert clients entering the boutique with a personalized welcome, identifying their expectations and by advising them on all product categoriesTo achieve sales targets (of the boutique and allocated department) through effective use of selling techniques, building clientele and product knowledge contributing to the global team performanceTo demonstrate effective team work and leadership skills within the boutique and to assist in the coaching/training of sales teams on departmental collection trainingsTo monitor and communicate through regular reporting fast/slow moving items, client preferences, seasonal demands and other relevant information to management 2/ CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND SERVICES
To develop outstanding relationships with key clients and enhance the retail experience through superior customer service skills and product knowledgeEnsure the upkeep of the sale space and the image of the store and to offer feedback on ways to enhance visual merchandising of your departmentManaging key sales and clients for the department, through the use of client books and the Be Dior system in order to optimize sales through enhancing these relationships 3/ BACK OFFICE SUPPORT
Contributing to stock management in coordination with Administrative team Taking part in goods acceptance, pre-sale quality control and restocking after salesCarrying out, knowing and supervising product referencing and labeling of the assigned departmentTaking part in stock take and stock rotation Efficiently carrying out delegated tasksTaking cash and handling tax and foreign currencies when required Profile
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration.Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail industry; luxury industry is preferable. Arabic Speaker is preferred Pleasant and good grooming skills.Strong communication skills.Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry. Outstanding customer service.Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to stand for extended periods.Flexibility with work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
